Because I am on light duty, I was given a "rush" job to do. It was a folder concerning using lifting devises. It is VERY interesting to me that since I got hurt, the floor has "frozen" how many patients it will take. Also, now, they are using Travelers and they just hired a BUNCH of GSN's. I have seen some interesting developments in the last eight months. I do think that if there is not enough staff to use this equipment, it will still not be as efficient as it could be. However, if more hospitals restructure their "danger" zones, then there will indeed be hope. Thanks for all the work everyone is doing on this! We are the voice of the future and safety for our Nurses of tomorrow!
