I work with Hospitals and Nursing homes developing safe patient handling programs in Illinois. I would be glad to be a rescource if you have any questions. I have experiance, (first hand) working with patients up to 770lbs. Most programs are self funding or have a quick payback. They should be implemented because it is the right thing to do for the nursing industry, the only industry were 150lbs is light.
