Jim, thank you for posting info about the NIOSH study demonstrating safe resident lifting. The study sounds very thorough, showing significant reduction of injuries for nurses across the spectrum of age, experience, shift, hours per week, etc., at all study sites. Can you give the full reference for the study and whether it is available online? Again, thanks...Anne
